Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is this PG safe for women?

Yes. All common areas of the property are monitored by a CCTV grid. The entry is monitored by security 24x7 and a female warden is on site. All staff are police-verified and visitors are restricted to the security kiosk.

  • What are the rent, security-deposit and extra charges?

Monthly rent for a double-sharing, air-conditioned room starts at ₹10,000. A two-month, fully refundable security-deposit is due at move-in. AC electricity is metered separately and billed monthly; all other utilities and Wi-Fi are included.

  • Can I get a single room?

Since all rooms are double sharing, single rooms are not available. However, you may book both beds in a room for exclusive use. You can contact us for details on availability and pricing.

  • Are meals included or available?

Meals are not part of the rent. Residents may subscribe to an optional vegetarian tiffin service or cook in the shared kitchen.

  • How far is the PG from Netaji Bhawan Metro?

The gate is approximately 150 metres — about a 1-minute walk — from Netaji Bhawan Metro Station.

  • What documents do I need to provide at move-in?

You’ll need a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport or driving licence), your latest payslip or college ID, and one passport photograph. An emergency contact name and number are also required. You are also required to sign a rental agreement.

  • Can I have visitors?

Visitors are allowed only up to the security kiosk between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. and must show a valid photo ID. Guests are not permitted inside rooms or common areas.

  • Is there a curfew or quiet hours?

Quiet hours run from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Residents may return at any time, but are expected to minimise noise.

  • What is the notice period for moving out?

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. If you wish to leave before the end of the month, you must pay rent for that month.

  • Are pets, smoking or alcohol allowed?

Pets are not allowed. Smoking, alcohol consumption and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

  • Who is responsible for repairs and maintenance?

The owner covers structural, plumbing and electrical repairs. Residents handle minor items such as light-bulb replacement and must report issues promptly.
